1. Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. We also offer express shipping (1–2 days) at checkout.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for orders over $30. For smaller orders, a flat rate of $4.99 applies.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been processed, we can make changes. Please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within United States. We’re working on expanding internationally soon!

2. Payments & Discounts

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe checkout.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Only one discount code can be used per order unless stated otherwise in a special promotion.

My discount code isn’t working. What should I do?

Double-check that the code is still valid and hasn’t expired. If issues persist, contact us.

3. Product Information

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes! Our formulas are crafted with gentle ingredients like lavender and vanilla, perfect for all skin types, including sensitive.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Absolutely. All Hagi Aesthetics products are 100% vegan and never tested on animals.

How should I store the body butter?

Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The formula is best preserved below 25°C (77°F).

What’s the shelf life of your body products?

Each product has a shelf life of 12 months after opening.

4. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We’re so sorry! Please email us photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll sort it out.

Can I return a used product?

Due to hygiene purposes we provide absolutely no refunds!
